As a Business Analyst - Client Services, you will be responsible for Enterprise customers’ account management • 2-5 Years of Experience • Engineer/MBA • Full-time • Pune
Key Purpose of the Role:
Platform implementation for Enterprise plan subscribers including business process mapping.
Entirely responsible for named enterprise account management
Key Tasks:
In the Initial Phase
Use case design for platform testing, Product Testing, Product/ User documentation, and Training videos
Platform Implementation
Customer engagement, Release tests, Platform testing, Customer onboarding, training, User support
Assigned Account Support
On-going customer/user support
