This position will be responsible for driving sales by developing a rural network, creating seasonal business plans with Network Partners, and reporting to the Head of Rural Sales. Location: Ahmedabad / Chennai / Delhi / Pune / Punjab / Uttar Pradesh Position: Executive Function: Rural Field Sales Experience: 3-5 years Educational Background: Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferably in Agri Sciences) Key Purpose of the Role
Develop a Rural Network for BiofuelCircle through the appointment of Rural Franchisees / Rural Service Providers to act as Biomass Banks.
Local Market mapping, and local area sales planning.
Implement Rural outreach programs to increase the subscription base for BiofuelCircle in rural areas.
Key Tasks Involved
Rural Network Development & Sales
Scouting for Network Partners:
Identify suitable partners in designated operating areas.
Define and establish areas of responsibility for network partners.
Appointment and Training:
Select, appoint, onboard, and provide training to Rural Network Partners.
Collaborate with Network Partners to create seasonal business plans.
Implement local procurement and sales price plans.
Rural Network Development
Awareness Creation and Promotion:
Promote BiofuelCircle Rural offerings to market participants such as Aggregators, big farmers, SHGs, FPOs, Transport or Equipment Owners.
Increasing Registrations and Subscriptions:
Target entities within the rural ecosystem, including farmers, rural enterprises (individuals, groups through FPOs/SHGs, or other entities), Tractor and Trolley Operators, post-harvest equipment renters (Slashers, Shredders, Balers), and Warehouse operators.
To contribute to the growth of 'biomass' aggregation business through local rural enterprises.
Supervision & Collaboration
Reporting Structure: The position will report to the Head of Rural Sales.
